Positive: En general la ubicación del lugar es buena, fácil acceso a Miami
Negative: La habitación tenía problemas con la cerradura, tenía muchos utensilios viejos y rotos, las sillas del comedor estaban sucias, parte del piso de una de las habitaciones estaba roto y levantado, el balcón estaba sucio con barro y mucho polvo.

Good value for a beach vacation
Positive: The location, amenities, and proximity to beach. Size of rooms.
Negative: Door was broken so staff had to let us in each time for the first two days and some were rude when we went to them for help. No pool towels every day. Mold in bathroom.
